Connection Process

Step 1: Choose Your Platform

  1. Go to your Bird0 dashboard
  2. Click “Add Platform” or “Connect Platform”
  3. Select from the list of supported platforms

Step 2: Authenticate

  1. Click “Connect” on your chosen platform
  2. You’ll be redirected to the platform’s OAuth page
  3. Log in and grant necessary permissions
  4. Authorize Bird0 to access your data

Step 3: Configure Settings

  1. Choose which data to sync (sales, refunds, etc.)
  2. Set sync frequency (real-time or daily)
  3. Configure notification preferences
  4. Test the connection
